Free Pregnancy Tests

Is your period late? Are you wondering if you are pregnant? The stress of not knowing is hard. Your first step to finding the answer is taking a pregnancy test. Our pregnancy tests are highly sensitive, medical-grade tests that provide immediate results. They are always free and confidential.

Early Pregnancy Symptoms

A missed period is usually the first sign of pregnancy, but you can have a change in your menstrual cycle for many reasons (stress, illness, excessive exercise, or changing methods of birth control).

It’s often hard to know if you’ve skipped your period unless you keep a steady record of your monthly cycle. It’s even more complicated if you usually have irregular periods. See if any of these symptoms sound familiar:

  • Frequent Urination
  • Fatigue
  • Feeling nauseous
  • Slight spotting and cramping
  • Backaches
  • Food cravings or aversions
  • Tender and swollen breasts
  • Dizziness or fainting
  • Constipation

Every pregnancy, just like every woman, is unique. Some women experience symptoms immediately, while others feel nothing at all. If you’re experiencing any of these, you should take a pregnancy test.

One of our client advocates will meet with you one-on-one and guide you through the test. We promise your results will remain completely confidential.

The test is positive. Now what?

A positive pregnancy test result only indicates a possible pregnancy. You need to confirm your pregnancy with an ultrasound. We can provide a referral for a free ultrasound scan.

According to the Mayo Clinic, up to 20% of known pregnancies end in a natural miscarriage. Because your body needs time to adjust from no longer being pregnant, you can still get a positive result on a pregnancy test. Only an ultrasound can fully verify your pregnancy.

Once you’ve verified your pregnancy, you and a client advocate can sit and discuss your options.
